Having "The Talk"

Has anyone every sat you down and given you the talk? Whether you are planning an event for middle schoolers or your rockstar work team, "The Talk" helps people align with their cyclical nature through learning about the changing hormones present throughout the female menstrual cycle. When we don’t understand our menstrual cycles we think there is something wrong with us because we show up differently in different parts of our cycles. 

After hearing "The Talk" the audience will become aware of the power within their own menstrual cycles (women and people that bleed) or become aware of the cyclical nature of the women in their lives, because my talk will introduce them to the specific gifts they hold in every part of their cycles and the importance of uncovering this.
