What is this app about?
We know that the key to menstrual cycle awareness is..well... awareness! We've developed a tool that will help you develop that. Our app integrates with the calendar on your phone so that as you practice menstrual cycle awareness and go about your daily life, scheduling your activities and meetings, you have an easy reminder of which inner season you are and will be in.
How do I use it?
It's pretty easy to use and we've made a video that outlines all of the necessary steps for your to use. When you begin using the app, you get access to all instructions.
