The Menarche Zine

Menarche is the first menstrual bleeding experience. The psychological, emotional, and physical impact is experienced differently by every person. These things are not usually discussed in the menarche definition that you find online.  

The Menarche Zine pulls together voices from all over the world to share their stories. 

The zine is available in both digital download and print format. 

It makes a great present from mother to daughter and is a touching and honest collection of global voices remembering their experience with their first menstruation. 

If you feel compelled to share your story with us for a future edition of the zine, be it about your menarche experience or any other part of your relationship with your cycle, please submit below. 28ish is dedicated to making space for all of our experiences.
